What cities do you travel to?

What are your rates? How long do you stay, and what do you do?

Will you be the one visiting or do you have staff?

Scooterpaws is solely me, Andrea. You can be sure that your pets will enjoy the care of a consistent, familiar sitter.

Are you willing to make more than one visit a day to my house?

Yes, most clients schedule me for two visits a day. In some cases three visits may be needed — for dogs, kittens or special needs pets, for example.

Do you offer overnight stays or boarding, or only drop-in visits?

I provide drop-in visits exclusively.

I’ve seen dog walkers texting while on walks. Do you do that?

Be assured that ​I don’t use my phone while walking dogs. I like to stay fully focused on their safety and make sure they enjoy their walk, without any distractions.

Every kitty and pup is a beautiful, loveable individual. With that in mind, I use kindness, encouragement, and my knowledge of animal behavior to help them feel happy and confident.

Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.

What is your Covid-19 protocol?

Keeping you and your pets safe is important to me. I take precautions like practicing good hand hygiene, maintaining distance when possible, and wearing a KN95 mask as needed — all following current guidelines to help protect everyone’s health.
